Service Dogs, Inc. provides the dogs and lifetime follow up free of charge.
Applicants are responsible for:
A non-refundable $50 application fee
Travel and lodging costs to attend Applicant Orientation Day at our Training Center or home service training
Clients are responsible for:
Travel and lodging costs to attend Matching (1 day) and Team Training (5 days) at our Training Center or at home service
The cost of caring for your dog once SDI moves it into your home, approximately $2,500 per year
